Overview of Complimentary Session

In your complimentary session, the trainer will first give an overview of the Pilates method and how it can benefit you. Next, we review:
  • Your health history
  • Any physical limitations
  • Your Current exercise program
  • Assess your posture
  • Discuss goals and objectives
  • Identify How Pilates can assist you in achieving your goals
Then we introduce you to the reformer and take you thru some of the essential Pilates exercises. Your complimentary session is completed by reviewing any questions you may have for moving forward in regards to Pilates training.
