5 years ago The Pilates Body began with the goal to bring positive life long changes to each individual we meet, improving their quality of life. Quickly our Pilates community grew, and last September we opened our current studio location with the primary focus of giving the best client experience and highest value to our customers.

Learning how to care for your shoulders, hands, and wrists will prevent: movement limitation, round shoulders, frozen shoulders and other common shoulder injuries. In this class we will focus on connecting the hands, wrists and shoulders by learning how to unwind systematically.
The Pilates Body reminds you that October is breast cancer awareness month. Thanks to earlier detection –through screening and increased awareness— and better treatments, a woman's risk of dying of breast cancer dropped 38 percent between the late 1980s and 2014, translating into 297,300 fewer breast cancer deaths during that time. Our Pink Ribbon Program certified trainers are post breast cancer operative recovery exercise specialist helping the recovery process.
