Join owner Lisa Hein Saturday April 24th at 11am for a FREE 50 minute introduction to reformer session (for newbies only) to flush the fear out of reformer. Learn the parts of the reformer, your correct settings, basic Pilates terminology, and how to get started. We will take you through some Pilates reformer exercises. Get moving with us. Social distancing will be maintained. Please note this introduction to reformer is only for people new to the reformer.
