Save Your Shoulders, Hands, and Wrists!

Save Your Shoulder, Hands, and Wrists is one of our signature workshops. Your shoulder joint connects your hands and arms to your head, neck and torso. It is one the the most overused parts of the body. The repetitive use of the hands and wrists slowly begin to contract all the muscles from the hands through the arms, and into the shoulders, neck and head. This means it is important to keep the wrist and hand flexible yet strong, while also aligning the shoulders. This prevents tension and allows full range of motion. Learning how to care for your shoulders, hands, and wrists will prevent: movement limitation, round shoulders, frozen shoulders and other common shoulder injuries. In this class we will focus on connecting the hands, wrists and shoulders by learning how to unwind systematically. (Cost: $25)
