Show yourself some love with a refreshing Yamuna Body Rolling experience for the chest, ribs and shoulders. We will be using our breath and the Yamuna Body Rolling method combined with yoga, meditation and Pilates to slowly and gently work from the inside-out to expand all sides of the rib cage. Let us guide you through a relaxing series of body rolling routines that help unwind tension and stress, so that the heart can open with ease. Lifting and widening the torso will improve your posture, help you breathe fuller, increase lung capacity and create more room for your lungs and heart to function better.
