Mixed Equipment Pilates Class

Mixed Equipment Pilates uses a range of Pilates equipment, including the Pilates Chair, Tower, Arc, and Halo Trainers, to deliver an exceptional workout. Jump Sculpt

Jump Sculpt combines 30 minutes of high-energy jumpboard interval training to get your heart pumping and burn calories, followed by 15 minutes of upper body sculpting. Jump your way to a stronger core, toned legs, and glutes, and finish with targeted exercises to sculpt your arms, chest, and back.
