We are grateful for your business and are committed to providing you our very best! At The Pilates Body we continually strive to accommodate your busy schedules. In order to best meet your session requests, we ask that you please review our studio policies.

NEW clients must complete the “New Client Introduction Special” before joining a Group Reformer class.

Group Reformer packages must be completed within the six (6) weeks block purchased. If you are unable to attend your Group Reformer class or need to reschedule, please contact Lisa Hein. It is the client’s responsibility to reschedule any missed Group Reformer classes. As Group Reformer classes are in high demand, 24 hour cancellation notice is required which allows for other clients to participate who are on the waiting list.

Privates/Duets/Mat/Yamuna/Barre sessions and classes have a six (6) months expiration date from “date of purchase”. Registration for Mat/Yumuna/Barre classes is done on line at tpbody.com. 24 hour cancellation notice is required which allows for other clients to participate who are on the waiting list. “Drop ins” are permitted if space is available.

All sessions/packages/classes purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance or session will be charged. Cancelling and rescheduling may be done by emailing/calling/texting your trainer or Lisa Hein.
