Meditation Classes
The Pilates Body presents our Meditation Classes, led by Sharon Grosh (Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher)
December 4th, 11th, and 18th, 1:00-2:00 pm $25 single session, $60 for all 3 sessions
If you have never meditated, please join. If you have a meditation practice, experience meditation in community at The Pilates Body. Each class will explore a variety of meditation practices including The Pyramid Meditation, Body Scan, Mountain Meditation, and Compassion to myself. The classes are structured to include general Information about meditation practice, a guided Meditation followed by a silent meditation, ending with reflection around what the experience provided.
For December, the Classes will focus around the following structure:

Loving Kindness for a loved one

Deep listening

Compassionate Body Scan (and hopefully have the CD ready to go.)
