WE ARE NOW OFFERING CLASSES AND PRIVATES ONLINE, SO YOU CAN GET THE MOVEMENT MEDICINE YOU NEED WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR HOME!

HERE’S HOW:

  • Classes and Privates will be held via online meeting software Zoom. To save time, download Zoom onto your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone before class.

  • Login to your mindbody account right now (or create an account if you’re new) and check all the boxes to receive text and email notifications so we can send you the link to access your class

    ONLINE CLASSES

  • Sign up for a class(s) below. Note that all times are CST.

  • We’ll send you a link to a Zoom meeting via email and/or text. Click the link 5-10 minutes before class time to join your virtual classroom!

  • Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your personal mat and any props or alternatives you have. Towels, books, and belts can stand in for rolled-up mats, blocks, and straps! Your teacher will teach a class catered to small spaces and limited props.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATES

  • Email Lisa, your Trainer, or use the appointment request button below to schedule your One-on-One Private.

  • After confirmation, we’ll send you a link to a Zoom call via email and/or text.

  • You’ll want to use a device with video and audio capability so that your teacher can see you and you can communicate easily during your appointment.

  • Gather a mat (if you have one) and any other props you may have. Your teacher will work with you to build a practice based on the space and props you have available. A lot can be done with breath and movement and nothing but the floor!
