The change of seasons coupled with the holiday hustle & bustle tend to bring about feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion.
Join us for an evening of Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga to rejuvenate your body & mind. Open to all fitness levels. Wine and Chees after class!
