𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱 (𝟲𝗽𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝗽𝗺) - Learn how to go deeper into the abdominals connection to the back using your breath, abdominal muscles, and your body weight into the ball. We will also free the hip flexors and diaphragm.
This 1.5 hour class will be an opportunity for us to hone, harness and ignite our depths of our personal energy we possess and create a gathering as a community. This practice uses multiple movement disciplines of Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna and Meditation as we explore the feet, pelvis, spine, mind and spirit.
