Each month a new YAMUNA Workshop Series will be offered which will focus on a specific area of YAMUNA practice. YAMUNA teaches life-long solutions for flexibility and movement, and gives you the tools to work on yourself anytime, anywhere. Lead by Master YAMUNA instructor Teri Smith, the Workshop Series offers in depth and specific body focus. Whether you are an existing YAMUNA practitioner, or new to body rolling, these workshops can benefit you.
