YBR is a fitness and therapy practice that combines healing, wellness, and injury prevention. It uses 6- to 10- inch balls to strengthen, tone, and realign the body to assist in fixing all sorts of problems, ranging from sciatica and herniated disks to fibromyalgia and low-back, neck, and shoulder pain
The spine is the lifeline to our body! Learn how to take care of your own back. Identify each part of the back, it's function to the rest of the body, and how to optimize function and well-being through Yamuna body rolling patterns. A must do class for everyone! Leave this workshop feeling aligned from your tailbone to your skull. Bonus you may actually gain a few inches.
The Save Your Knees and Ankles! Workshop will focus on returning healthy knee function to the joint, provide guidelines for maintaining that function as well as avoiding breakdown from repetitive motion stress. We'll also address the ankle and the muscles, tendons, and ligaments connecting ankle to knee.
Rolling together- Learn to stretch, sooth, and relax your loved one with YBR massage. The workshop will cover beginning YBR routines and hands-on work for each other.
Afterwards relax the body further and indulge with fruits, deserts, and wine!

Saturday November 4th, 11:15 am to 12:45 pm. Learning how to care for your shoulders, hands, and wrists will prevent: movement limitation, round shoulders, frozen shoulders and other common shoulder injuries. In this class we will focus on connecting the hands, wrists and shoulders by learning how to unwind systematically.
The second of this two part (July and August) YAMUNA Body Rolling Workshop series focuses on YAMUNA pointers for all the outdoor activities we love to do during Minnesota summers! Specific principles will be applied for both Tennis and Golf. Swimmers will find specific focus on the shoulders and hips. Feet, Ankles, and Knees will be worked for the Hikers in the group, and of course Runners will get Hips, Back, Ankles and Feet attention.
