More than ever we are realizing the power of the breath to health. As much as movement is medicine, breath is the power behind the movement. In this workshop you will learn to utilize your breath in various ways so you can increase awareness of the breathing process, as well as expand your breath to maximize its benefits to the body. Benefits include learning how to release inner tension, free restricted areas, and to become more relaxed and peaceful in a meditative state.
