Join owner Lisa Hein for a FREE 50 minute introduction to reformer session (for newbies only) to flush the fear out of reformer. Learn the parts of the reformer, your correct settings, basic Pilates terminology, and how to get started. We will take you through some Pilates reformer exercises. Get moving with us. Social distancing will be maintained.
We will also give you an overview of all the benefits to a Pilates program. Open to both men and women.
