Justine has completed her STOTT comprehensive mat and reformer, including essential, intermediate, and advanced training. As Justine works towards her full certification, she is now available to train clients. We are offering a 4 pack privates with Justine for $210, or 8 pack of privates for $400. (Regular fee $280/$520)
Working one on one with a trainer, you can revisit basic principles, and gain a better understanding of the essence of each exercise, so you will benefit from each exercise.
