Join us to restore your mind and body with this candlelight Vinyasa Yoga Class! Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge while still feeling relaxed and restored. Regain inner peace while building muscle strength.
This class is taught by our massage therapist Celeste Skow, a certified Yoga instructor who has been teaching Yoga over 4 years.
