Pilates is based on movement from the center of the body, as are most shots in golf. This 4-week series will focus on rotation, spin flexibility, trunk stability and core strength while providing a full body workout. It will increase range of motion in hips, shoulders and spine. participating in this series will result in a flexible, symmetrically muscled body, increased body awareness and a focused mind that will improve your golf game and your overall quality of movement in life. Space is limited
