This 1.5 hour class will be an opportunity for us to hone, harness and ignite our depths of our personal energy we possess and create a gathering as a community. This practice uses multiple movement disciplines of Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna and Meditation as we explore the feet, pelvis, spine, mind and spirit.
The class will start with breathing, finding our footing, grounding ourselves with standing Yamuna and Yoga work. This will lead up to opening and strengthening our pelvis, hips and core, seeing how much power vs. fluidity we can hold space for in our body and mind. The last part of class will be a soothing sound bowl bathing mediation.
