Our abdominal muscles are key to preventing and healing lower back problems. It is not enough to work to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Learn how to go deeper into the abdominals connection to the back using your breath, abdominal muscles, and your body weight into the ball. We will also free the hip flexors and diaphragm.
