The second of this two part (July and August) YAMUNA Body Rolling Workshop series focuses on YAMUNA pointers for all the outdoor activities we love to do during Minnesota summers! Specific principles will be applied for both Tennis and Golf. Swimmers will find specific focus on the shoulders and hips. Feet, Ankles, and Knees will be worked for the Hikers in the group, and of course Runners will get Hips, Back, Ankles and Feet attention. Help prevent injuries, and be your best with these workshops. Take one or both of the courses!
