Core and More! Weekly class focusing on the abdomen – Tuesdays 9:30 am

Our New Ab Burning Class Core and More! Begins Jan 2nd

Compliment your existing training with specific core and lower body conditioning which will strengthen both abdominal and back muscles. Devote 45 minutes to strengthening your abs, lower back, and glutes  to improve posture and core strength.
This class will utilize Stability balls, and elastic tubing, and other small props and equipment. You will feel the burn with this class!! This 45 minute class will begin on January 2nd, being offered every Tuesday at 9:30 am. Limited to 8 people per class. Core and More! is part of our class packages. You can register from the Schedule tab on the website, from the client section under the classes tab, or use the link below to register for the January 2nd class.
