Work the entire body dissecting each body part, renewing your body by unraveling old patterns. This 6 week workshop series will focus on a specific body area each week, allowing you to experience the benefits of Yamuna thru new and better movement patterns. This 6 week workshop series is a whole body integration to empower you to improve the way you move. We are offering (2) different 6 week sessions
Tuesdays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (April 7th thru May 12th)
Wednesdays 11:30 am – 12:30 pm (April 8th thru May 13th)

Session 2: All About The Core
Session 3: Open Heart
Session 4: Long, Strong Legs
Session 5: Free The Arms and Hands
Session 6: Happy Feet
