SUMMER PILATES FOR TEENS IS BACK!

Summer is fast approaching! Don’t miss this opportunity to get your teen registered for our 6-week Pilates for Teens Program (Ages 13 to 18).
This Summer Program for Teens introduces them to basic body awareness/control; improve alignment, range of motion and flexibility: stronger core while conditioning body and mind; and help protect against injury with faster recovery if one has a set back.
We will utilize several modalities and equipment in this program ranging from the Pilates reformer, tower, and spine corrector/arcs to foam rollers.
