The Save Your Knees and Ankles! Workshop will focus on returning healthy knee function to the joint, provide guidelines for maintaining that function as well as avoiding breakdown from repetitive motion stress. We'll also address the ankle and the muscles, tendons, and ligaments connecting ankle to knee.
2nd Save Your Core! YAMUNA Workshop Saturday, January 13th (11:15 am to 12:30 pm)
The Save Your Core! Workshop focuses all on the abdomen, and is a great kick off for our new weekly class, Core and More! This 1.5 hour workshop will focus on your abdomen, the powerhouse of your body. Yamuna trainer Teri will show you specific Yamuna exercises to strengthen and tighten your mid-section.
What Are You Thinking? Nutritional Workshop Saturday January 6th (12 to 1pm)
We will look at signs and symptoms of hormone imbalances, further tuning into the whispers of the body as it informs you that things are getting out of whack.

Sept. 8th Happy Hour Class – Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This slow flowing Vinyasa class, will emphasis alignment, breath work and feeling strong and expansive in your own body, through breath techniques, multiple posture/poses and mindful movement. This class will be accessible for all levels, while keeping it challenging and uplifting. We will improve balance, flexibility, strength and learning ways to quiet the mind through breath and asana work.
